Does anyone know where I can watch Spartacus:Blood and Sand from the STARZ channel for free?
I haven't been able to catch all the reruns on starz and it returns the 21st of january and I want to catch up

Well if you have starz you should have it on demand. just go to on demand and go to premium channels and there should be starz and then spartacus should be there. if not it comes on starz every night at 10:00pm eastern time

Should I stay or should I go?

I live in California, and have been with my boyfriend for 4 years, he recently graduated college and left to NY, he has no idea what he wants to do next and it appears to me at some points, he's not thinking of me much, like he takes me for granted and I’m a safety blanket. I've also had the amazing opportunity to transfer to 2 different amazing schools; one in California, the other is in Florence Italy. Italy seems like an amazing opportunity, go abroad, learn a different language, I already know 2 fluently. What should I do??? Should I go, and fulfill my dream there, or stay in cali where I could fulfill my dream as well. I really love him.

Go to Italy and do it as soon as possible. There is no sense in waiting around for someone who doesn't have you as a number one priority. Two things are going to happen when you follow your passion/education. Number one, your going to learn and experience so much that you will never get to do again for the rest of your life. Trust me, life gets pretty busy as you get older so you need to grab on to these experiences when you can because they don't come around again. The second thing that will happen is this; your boyfriend is going to figure out very quickly wether he wants to be in your life or not. If he does, and if he really means it, he will follow your butt all the way to Florence. If not, he'll just call you from New York and whine about it. He either wants you or he doesn't and, after 4 years, he's going to have to make up his mind. Good Luck!

Tips on becoming a Vegetarian?

I am becoming more and more interested in the Vegetarian diet. I do enjoy chicken and fish but seem to get a little nauseous after eating beef, not sure what that is about. Any tips on how to slowly become a Vegetarian?

When I decided to become vegetarian, there were a lot of meats I still loved. I did not just jump into it, and don't recomend that. I know too many people who jumped into it without research, and either call themselves veg when they aren't, or give it up very quickly.

What I did is one morning decided it's what I wanted. But I didn't start right away. I kept my habits for the time being, but set a date for a 'trial'. In the meantime I did research. There are great books about going vegetarian. There are also tons of websites. PETA dominates these. I talked to my vegetarian friends, and they were very helpful and supportive. I started looking closer at what I was eating and considering if I could eat it when I became vegetarian. I did this for a few weeks. I started after a trip, because I didn`t want to worry about it during.

Then I started a month long trial. I didn`t claim to be vegetarian right away, in case it didn`t work for me. But, it did. It took about a week and a half, and when I realized how easy it was I never looked back.

I need to lose a few clothes sizes and weight please help me?

Here's basically ALL my history:
Starting weight of 140.21pounds (63.60kg)
Current Weight of 134.92pounds (61.2kg)
Loss of 5.29pounds (1.8kg)
Started dieting 11 days ago now.
My goal weight is around 113-114pounds (around 52kg).

For the last 11 days I've exercised maybe twice because I was too busy with work. Ive cut down on calorie intake to around 1000-1300 per day. I record all my daily activities and always make sure I burn more than I eat. I currently take "Fat Blaster Max" diet pill but Im swtiching to Hoodia Gordonii.

I plan on doing a 2k run every morning and then a 20minute resistance training session every night.

Eating plan per day:
Breakfast: Usually dont have breakfast because I literally cannt eat in the morning. I fill up on water.
Lunch: Depends usually I'll have a sandwich with a spread or some chicken and salad (453 cals)
Snack: Fruit either apple or banana if Im hungry (approx 109 cals)

It soundls like you're doing all the right things. They key is to stick with it. The fact that you've made it 11 days is a good sign that you're serious and willing to make the sacrafices necessary to make your goal.

I'm doing a paper on how a certain form of media portrays what it is to be a man and/or woman in our society. I picked music and chose a few songs that stood out to me on the radio. The three songs I chose are:
Make It Rain - Travis Porter
Fancy - Drake ft. Mary J. Blige, Swizz Beatz, T.I.
Pornstar Dancing - My Darkest Days

I've got some decent ideas on how these songs relate to my subject but I'm running into a writer's block so If anyone has any opinions to add on these songs and what they are telling people in regards to being a man or women in our society please comment!

Let's say he's a spoiled rotten son,
who's never home,
and gives his parents a problem
sneaks out
failing
always getting in trouble at school.

The thing I'm really upset about is how
He treats his twin sister with disrespect,
always calling her ugly, wroth less, and laughs at her when she does something wrong.
His sister has very low self esteem and is shy - doesn't have much friends. He always puts her down because of it
They use to be so close when they were young,
but when they turned 12 they started getting different attention by there peers. Drake (son)obviously started hanging out with the bad crowd while the daughter turned to the quiet road. It was Katie (daughter) who use to give everyone the problem. But after she finished middle school she changed in-to a whole different person. She only talks to mom and dad. Drake on the other hand doesn't talk to anybody.
Recently, Katie told me that Drake and a bunch of his friends were making fun of her in the lunch room.

I don't understand why Drake is like that to his sister, or like this at all. He use to be so kind.
Any advice how to take control?
